about me

I came to glass 20 years ago after spending most of my working life in the bush and on the land. I searched for tungsten in the Yukon, did geophysics in northern Manitoba, threw fish out of helicopters south of Algonquin, fought forest fires and walked miles and miles of timber. Then things changed.

I took my first glass courses in 1996

I opened my studio in 1997 and never looked back!

...but when I looked up from my work table 20 years had passed! In that time I have been honoured to create many beautiful glass pieces and windows for people all over the world

my studio

My glass studio is located in a small, century old carriage house down my driveway, in the quaint, 200+ year old village of Bloomfield in beautiful Prince Edward County.

I work on all my pieces on the main floor

I have a well-lit gallery upstairs, where I display many different designs of work for sale, or inspiration for your own custom made order.

In the summer and have many visitors come in while strolling the main street of Bloomfield. Often people sit outside the studio in my courtyard garden by the fountain to look through glass pattern books or just to enjoy respite. I have taken many a picture in the courtyard of family and friends enjoying time together!
